As a Team Lead or a Senior .NET Software Engineer, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of developers while staying deeply hands‑on.

Work closely with clients to understand requirements, design solutions, and drive delivery.

Architect, design, and build high‑quality, scalable, and robust .NET applications.

Build responsive, user‑focused front‑end interfaces (Angular/React).

Design and optimise SQL databases for performance and reliability.

Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Drive continuous improvement across engineering practices and processes.

Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to technical leadership within the team.

This is both a leadership and a senior engineering role— perfect for someone who enjoys taking technical ownership while guiding and supporting a team.

What You Bring Core Skills

Strong proficiency in

.NET ,

C# , and object-oriented programming.

Experience with

.NET Core

.NET Framework

and modern architectures.

Front‑end skills with

Angular ,

React , or similar frameworks.

Strong SQL understanding— database design, optimisation, and queries.

Solid understanding of

RESTful APIs , integrations, and modern security practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

Familiarity with design patterns and best practices.

Experience working with Agile methods and tools (Git, Jira, CI/CD, unit testing).

Ability to interface directly with clients and business stakeholders.

Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading development teams.

Comfortable making architectural decisions and owning delivery outcomes.

Qualification

Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred, not essential).

Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance or high‑availability enterprise systems.
