eight (8) SHEQ Internship positions

as part of its 24-month structured internship programme. This opportunity is ideal for graduates who want practical experience in

Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ)

within a professional scientific and regulatory environment.

Monthly Stipend:

R13 000

Locations:

Pretoria, Bellville, Polokwane, Gqeberha, and Pietermaritzburg

Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will receive hands‑on training and exposure in the following areas:

Assisting with the implementation of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (OHSE) systems

Supporting workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Monitoring compliance with health and safety standards, including PPE usage

Assisting with SHEQ documentation, reporting, and record‑keeping

Providing administrative support to the SHEQ unit

Participating in training sessions, workshops, and continuous development initiatives

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate

National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field

A relevant Degree will be an added advantage

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
