Conduct month-end collections and achieve set targets. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations to support the payment process. Prepare and structure monthly invoices/statements to facilitate timely payments. Perform credit vetting and provide recommendations on credit risk. Maintain and update debtor records.Address account queries, proof of deliveries (PODs), credits, etc., in a timely manner. Maintain proper filing of day-to-day documentation. Accurately allocate payments from bank statements to respective accounts. Demonstrate excellent telephone manners and communication skills. Possess effective collection skills and the ability to negotiate payment arrangements.Desired Experience&Qualification

Diploma in Credit Management 1, 2, 3, or 4, or equivalent qualification. Knowledge&Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit Control/Debtors. Competencies: Reconciliations Problem-solving Accuracy Computer literacy Excellent telephone manner Ability to meet deadlines Strong team player Interested?
