Responsibilities

System Integration:

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial projections.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay informed about banking regulations and ensure financial processes comply. Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.

Stakeholder Communication:

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst in the banking industry. Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial processes, banking operations, and regulations. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
