Job Description

Our client in Pretoria is recruiting for a Senior Frontend Angular Developer to join their team. We are looking for a UI Front End Developer who will join the ATG toolchain domain. Responsibilities include: Development of features in collaboration with external design and development partners in Munich.Working in an integrated Agile environment. Meet with end users and gather requirements (Refinements). Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives. Review and present proposed system solutions to Business&IT Product Owners. Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements and standards. System testing, implementation, and audits/quality assurance. Participate in regular Scrum meetings via MS Teams (Daily, Planning, Estimation, Refinement, Review, Retro). Liaise with stakeholders and team members.Support existing solutions and DevOps. Qualifications/Experience: Relevant IT Degree / Diploma / equivalent work experience. Proficient in Angular, HTML, Typescript, CSS. Experience with Npm Package Manager, RXJS, REST, Bootstrap. Familiarity with build tools and pipelines, unit testing, and Git.Experience with testing tools like Karma, Jasmine, Postman, Newman, Cypress, Selenium, Junit, Robot, Jest. Advantageous Skills Requirements: Experience with Confluence / Jira. Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery tools. UX Experience. Familiarity with AZURE Cloud, Docker, Spring Boot, Open Shift, Quarkus.DevOps and Build Tools (Angular CLI/Maven). Knowledge of JQuery, Engineering Principles, Design patterns, Data structures, and Algorithms. Excellent communication skills and team-oriented work behavior in a distributed team. Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient in conducting user research in foreign markets. Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project. Ability and willingness to coach and train colleagues and users when required. Package&Remuneration
