We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven

Electrical Production Manager– Substations

to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of substation projects. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in high-voltage electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the production and construction of electrical substations (MV/HV/LV)

Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site execution

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, and contractors

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success

Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience in substation construction or electrical infrastructure projects

Proven experience in a production or project management role

Strong knowledge of substations, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems

Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
