Finance Business Partner, Pretoria

The Role You’ll work closely with senior leaders across SSA, turning financial data into clear, actionable insight. From revenue planning to performance analysis, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, improving profitability, and driving smarter decisions across the business.

You’ll be trusted to think independently, challenge where needed, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles

Deliver insightful monthly reporting across revenue, costs, and key balance sheet items

Provide clear, commercially focused decision support (not just numbers - real insight)

Drive Gross-to-Net analysis to improve sales and reporting accuracy

Partner with stakeholders to optimise inventory, working capital, and cash flow

Analyse pricing, profitability, and operational performance

Contribute to regional and global finance projects

Support strategic initiatives across SSA

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar

~5+ years’ experience in business finance / management accounting

Exposure to pharmaceutical or manufacturing / FMCG environments is advantageous

Professional qualification (CIMA / CA(SA) / ACCA / CPA) is a strong plus

Your Skillset

Strong analytical thinker who can connect numbers to strategy

Confident communicator - able to influence and challenge

High accountability and comfortable working autonomously

Advanced Excel and solid systems/ERP exposureNaturally organised, able to juggle multiple priorities
