Sales Customer Complaints Co-Ordinator (Automotive), Pretoria

We have a vacancy for a Sales Customer Complaints Co-Ordinator  with a vehicle dealership in Pretoria.

Duties:

• Handling all customer complaints for sales and after sales
• Handling Ombudsman cases for retail
• Must be present on the floor to walk around and handle and direct customers
• Must provide salespeople with communications training
• Must manage the call back sheets to ensure customers get called back
• Responsible for CSI for all brands within the dealership (CSI for retail)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Customer Service and Customer complaints
• Experience working in the motor industry, with corporate brands like Kia, Ford, Chery, Suzuki etc
• Excellent communication and admin skills
• Experience with automotive CRM systems
