Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, or Retail Supervisor within a retail or distribution environment.
- Retail or branch management experience essential.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Sales and customer service driven.
- Stock control and operational management experience.
- Good administrative and reporting abilities.
- Valid driver's license advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and staff.
- Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee stock control and merchandising.
- Monitor store targets and operational efficiency.
- Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained.
