Hire Resolve’s client a reputable FinTech Company is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Pretoria. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and providing strategic financial guidance.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the finance team Prepare and analyze financial reports Create and monitor budgets and forecasts Ensure compliance with financial regulations Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements : 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field CA(SA) designation Proven management experience Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
