Junior Civil Draughtsman (x2) Location: Pretoria East
A well-established engineering consultancy specialising in civil, structural, transportation and infrastructure projects is seeking two Junior Civil Draughtsmen to join their dynamic team based in Pretoria East. The successful candidates will form part of a professional technical environment involved in commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure developments.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Civil Draughtsman
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (non-negotiable)
• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Draughting or related field will be advantageous
• Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, roads, stormwater, township services or related consulting engineering environments preferred
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce detailed civil engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Assist with drafting for roads, stormwater, earthworks, municipal services and infrastructure projects
• Amend and update technical drawings according to engineer specifications
• Prepare site layouts, plans, sections and detailing for various developments
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams throughout project phases
• Maintain drawing registers and project documentation
• Assist with revisions and as-built drawings where required
