A well-established firm is seeking a professional and well-organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This role involves not only reception duties, but also administrative support within the Insolvency Department. Full training will be provided

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric certificate
  • Previous reception or administrative experience will be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional and friendly personality
  • Well-presented, organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handling reception and incoming telephone calls
  • General administrative support
  • Assisting with administration within the Insolvency Department
  • File management and document handling
  • Scheduling and general office administration
