Description

Main Purpose The Client Care Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by effectively managing client interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and support platforms in a professional and timely manner
Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex queries
Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and shift schedules

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in a customer care / call centre environment advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy and system navigation skills
Experience with customer support platforms advantageous:
- Freshdesk (preferred)
- Zendesk
- Zoho Desk
- Help Scout
- Intercom
Basic mathematical skills
Ability and willingness to work shifts
Professional and client-centric approach
