Senior AI Engineer – Generative AI & Cloud Platforms

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalise production‑grade AI systems at enterprise scale. This role is ideal for someone passionate about LLMs, RAG systems, multi‑agent architectures, and cloud‑native AI, with a strong engineering and MLOps mindset.


Essential Skills
 
  • LLMs, RAG systems, multi‑agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, GAIA)
  • Advanced Python and ML engineering (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
  • Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch)
  • Prompt engineering & context orchestration
  • AWS AI/ML stack (SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
  • MLOps, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, ML pipelines
  • Data engineering (Spark, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, ETL/ELT)
  • Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform
  • API & microservices development
  • Strong understanding of AI security, IAM, governance, and compliance

Advantageous Skills
 
  • Experience delivering production‑grade GenAI systems
  • Strong foundations in maths, optimisation, and deep learning
  • AI cost optimisation and performance tuning
  • Graph‑based reasoning, semantic caching, model evaluation strategies
  • Ability to translate business needs into AI architecture
  • Experience leading technical streams and solution delivery

Role & Responsibilities:
 
  • Build scalable AI/ML solutions including LLM‑based systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings, agents, and NLP/vision models
  • Design and implement retrieval pipelines, vector search, and semantic indexing
  • Develop cloud‑native AI workflows on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, EMR)
  • Operationalise models using MLOps pipelines, monitoring, drift detection, and CI/CD
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, APIs, and microservices
  • Lead PoCs through to production, contributing to architecture and solution design
  • Ensure security, governance, risk, and responsible AI best practices
  • Document architectures, decisions, and reusable solution patterns
  • Collaborate in Agile teams across planning, refinement, and delivery
 Qualifications
 
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related
  • Preferred certifications:
    • AWS Machine Learning – Specialty
    • AWS Solutions Architect
    • DeepLearning.AI (GenAI / LLMs / Agents)
    • HashiCorp Terraform Associate
