Stakeholder management & expectation setting
Primary interface between:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business ownership for AI use‑cases & value tracking
Maintain a business-facing backlog view
Define outcome KPIs (adoption, efficiency, quality)
Ensure every AI use case answers: “Why are we building this?”

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Relevant IT / Business / Engineering degree
Cloud fundamentals (AWS Cloud Practitioner)
Agile certifications (advantage, not mandatory):
Scrum Product Owner
Scrum Master
Project / Leadership certifications (advantage)
