SA - Gauteng, Pretoria EastR 80 000 - R 100 000 Our client is looking for a Site Agent to join their teamMinimum requirements:
Minimum of 15 Years Experience Post-Matric industry qualifications, certificates, and NQF-related (building/construction) training will be advantageous SACPCMP Registration will be advantageous Must be able to supervise and control all site staff , subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Must have extensive experience across various types of building projects, including warehousing, shopping centres, office blocks, and high-rise buildings. Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Supervise and manage all site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient, safe, and effective project execution in line with project specifications, quality standards, and construction timelines. Implement and monitor Quality Control measures to ensure a high standard of workmanship across all construction activities. Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and company safety standards. Possess sound knowledge of all aspects of building and construction processes. Monitor site costs and implement measures to minimize material wastage and unnecessary expenditure. Conduct and manage sub-contractor meetings to ensure work progress, coordination, and compliance with project requirements. Oversee overall site operations and project management to ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the required quality Software proficiency: General Microsoft office Contractual: JBCC general knowledge
