Minimum requirements:
Source and attract candidates through various channels, from job boards to social media, while keeping an eye out for those hidden gems Business Development and must not be shy to talk to strangers over the phone Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and experience Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies A sense of humor that can brighten up even the dullest of office days (dad jokes and puns are highly encouraged). Don’t need recruitment experience, full training will be provided Exceptional communication skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with grace and a sprinkle of lightheartedness A contagious positive attitude  A team player mentality because we believe in supporting each other through the good times and the bad
