Front Office Manager Wine Estate - Pretoria, South Africa
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: R20 000 – R23 000 pm
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead and oversee Front Office operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily Front Office operations and guest services
• Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service delivery
• Oversee budgets, revenue targets, and operational reporting
• Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and regulations
Requirements:
-2–3 years’ experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager
-Strong leadership and guest relations skills
-Experience in hotel operations and team supervision
-Proficiency in PMS systems and MS Office
-Strong financial, organisational, and problem-solving skills
-Diploma in Hospitality Management advantageous
