Job Description

The AI Engineer (Expert) will be responsible for building, operating, and enhancing AI-driven platforms, with a strong focus on observability, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines. This role requires a systems-thinking mindset and the ability to manage complex, cloud-native environments.

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
  
• Application observability and telemetry
  
• DevOps practices
  
• Agent framework familiarity
  
• GitOps
  

Advantageous Skills

• AI agent development and configuration
  
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, ArgoCD)
  
• Data engineering (Kafka, ETL, Spark)
  
• Enterprise systems integration
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong background in platform engineering or DevOps
  
• Deep expertise in observability and monitoring
  
• Experience with cloud-native, governed AI platforms
  
• Proficiency in agent-based systems
  
• Strong systems-thinking approach (telemetry, failure modes, reliability)
  
• Ability to balance engineering autonomy with governance requirements
