Requirements

• Deep knowledge of endpoint management tools including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
  
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering Zero Trust implementations where device management is a primary enforcement point, designing end-to-end device trust, posture evaluation, and continuous compliance controls that feed identity and access decisions (e.g., Conditional Access, ZTNA/SSE).
  
• Proven ability to define target-state architecture, integration patterns, and governance across identity, endpoint management, and security platforms to ensure only verified, compliant devices can access corporate resources.
  
• Proficiency with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile OSes (iOS, Android).
  
• Understanding of endpoint security principles, including antivirus, anti-malware, firewalls, encryption, and security policies.
  
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) as they pertain to endpoint connectivity and security.
  
• Knowledge of cloud architecture across OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration and elastic scalability.
  
• Strong skills in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation of tasks and configuration management.
  

Requirements
Experience working in collaborative teams. Prior experience in a frontline team. Prior experience in tourism - advantageous. Very strong software application knowledge. Excellent spoken and written English language skills. Typing speed (>45wpm). High attention to detail. Sense of urgency to meet SLA’s. Passionate about customer service. Excellent documentation and admin skills. Inquisitive and eager to learn.
