Are you a hands-on Technical Solutions Architect who thrives at the intersection of business and technology? We’re looking for someone who can design, lead, and deliver scalable digital solutions across international markets



Essential Skills
  • 8+ years’ experience in full-stack development (backend & frontend) delivering custom digital solutions
  • 3+ years as a Technical Solutions Architect
  • Strong JavaScript expertise (modern frameworks)
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and system architecture
  • Proven ability to design scalable, API-driven solutions
  • Experience engaging with business stakeholders and technical teams
Advantageous Skills
  • Experience with AWS (cloud migration, deployment, development)
  • Microservices architecture and API-first design
  • Technologies: Java (7/8+), Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Angular (5+), HTML5, CSS/SCSS
  • REST/SOAP services, JSON/XML, API integration
  • Databases: Postgres, SQL, MongoDB, Elastic
  • Tools: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Sonar, Swagger/Postman
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot (highly advantageous)
Role & Responsibilities
  • Design scalable, modular solutions for international markets (80% standard, 20% configurable)
  • Collaborate with Business, BA, Dev, and UX teams to gather and refine requirements
  • Translate requirements into robust technical designs and architectures
  • Lead solution delivery: design → build → test → deploy → support
  • Conduct code reviews and guide developers to ensure quality delivery
  • Define and break down user stories for estimation and execution
  • Drive testing, QA alignment, and system validation
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support production environments
  • Manage deployments, releases, and post-go-live support (hyper-care)
  • Ensure documentation, risk mitigation, and system quality standards
  • Experience with system integrations, deployments, and environment management
