Nature of Appointment:
12 Months Fixed Term Contract Salary:
R228 321 per annum (Level 5) plus 37% in lieu of benefits Centre:
Central Office– Ref: TNC/CO/26-01/3 Requirements
Graduation: Grade 12 Certificate required. Minimum: National Certificate/Diploma in Public Administration, Public Management, or Financial Management. Optional: Certificate in Project Management or Facilities Management. Experience: Minimum 2 years in the administration of infrastructure and maintenance projects.Responsibilities
Provide infrastructure and maintenance clerical support services within the component. Prepare for internal and external meetings; minute taking, report writing, updating, and modifying records. Maintain the project filing system, update project registers and statistics. Communicate with relevant stakeholders, follow up on progress.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for procurement of departmental goods and services. Ensure effective flow of information and documents to and from the infrastructure office to Central Office staff and campuses. Handle routine inquiries from contractors. Record and update project-related expenditures in the component.Closing Date:
