Minimum Requirements: Reliable Afrikaans speaking female (preferably non-smoker) Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both– Afr&Eng client base) Matric / Grade 12 Recent Conveyancing experience at law firm a must Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills Lexis Convey proficiency advantageous Able to work well in a team, and in an open plan office Able to work under pressure Reliable transport to and from work (own vehicle, reliable lift with family member etc.)Stable employment record and contactable References Residing in Pretoria a must (Preferably in / near Pretoria East) To start as soon as possible Duties and Responsibilities: General Conveyancing secretarial duties for law firm Transfers: Opening conveyancing files, Deeds office searches, introduction letters®istration letters to clients, name change letters to Municipality, delivery of Deeds after registration etc. Bonds: Check delivery of deed from Deeds Office, prepare delivery to Bank of bond and title deed Salary:

R15 000 gross maximum per month.
