Minimum Requirements: Well presentable Afrikaans speaking female Afrikaans and English first&second languages a must (Afr&Eng client base) Matric / Grade 12 a must Recent experience in property leasing administration a must (Preferably 2 years experience) Commercial/retail leasing highly preferred Previous experience within a property management or commercial property environment highly preferred Good understanding of Commercial/Retail Centre operations essentialStrong administrative and organisational skills Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite Stable employment record and contactable employment references To start as soon as possibleDuties and Responsibilities: Depending on experience: a) Manage and share a commercial leasing portfolio with Leasing Manager (depending on experience level), OR b) fulfil a more junior administrative-focused role supporting leasing department. Drafting and preparing Offers to Rent Typing and preparing lease agreements and related documentationVetting and processing FICA documentation Assisting with tenant applications and leasing administration Maintaining accurate leasing records and filing systems Liaising with tenants, brokers and internal departments
