Proactive management of financial and procurement function, identifying problems in advance Making strategic financial decisions for cost reductions and/or higher productivity Providing financial advice to support the company’s financial objectives Involvement in creating business plans and improving internal processesFinancial planning and analysis Budget preparations and compilations in consultation with the MD Forecasting Analysis of financial data Preparing and reviewing of financial statements to ensure compliance with financial regulations Preparing and compiling of monthly/quarterly documentation for financial reporting at board meetingsPreparing of submissions and feasibility studies on long term capital projects Cashflow Management Minimum Requirements

5+ years’ relevant financial managerial experience Relevant B Hons degree in Accounting or Financial Management with additional completed Financial Management courses Risk management Reducing shareholder debt Consultant:
