Nature of Appointment: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract Salary: R193 359 per annum (Level 4) plus 37% in lieu of benefits Centre: Central Office– Ref: TNC/CO/26-01/6 REQUIREMENTS
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate Relevant post‑Matric qualification: National Diploma in Management Assistant/Office Administration L4 Knowledge of curriculum implementation and processes Good interpersonal and organisational skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Power‑point, MS Word, Internet, etc.Ability to work under pressure in a team, independently and meet deadlines Handling basic enquiries and assisting clients DUTIES
Providing support to the ASD: Curriculum Implementation and part‑time classes coordinators, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities for the projects Administering procurement of LTSM for all delivery sites Checking compliance with the SCM process and proceduresCapturing and extracting assigned curriculum data Capturing part‑time classes applications and attendance Verifying captured part‑time classes ICASS marks on the system Making logistical arrangements for meetings, taking minutes, and arranging seminars and workshops Making necessary travel arrangements for the ASD: Curriculum Implementation for inter‑provincial meetingsEnsuring that monthly, quarterly and annual project reports are submitted on time to DHET and other stakeholders Handling routine enquiries and distributing documents/packages to stakeholders as required Keeping and maintaining the filing system for all projects Typing basic letters and other correspondences when requiredKeeping and maintaining the incoming and outgoing register of correspondence liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to project activities Preference will be given to persons from designated groups, especially with regard to race, gender and disability.
