National Off‑Site Stock Administrator (Pretoria) We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized National Off‑Site Stock Administrator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing inventory across all VRS Managed Resorts. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our stock control processes. You will maintain detailed inventory records, perform regular audits, and collaborate with site managers to optimize stock levels. Your efforts will be critical in supporting seamless operations and enhancing overall inventory management.

Approve Internal Purchase Requisitions
Create Internal Purchase Requisitions
Generate Credit Purchase Orders
Issue Goods Received Vouchers
Produce and Analyse Stock System Reports
Le Fera Commercial&Resort Share block - Internal Procurement
Approve Oracle Quote Requests
Create Internal Purchase Requisitions
Generate Credit Purchase Orders
Issue Goods Received Vouchers
Produce and Analyze Stock System Reports
General Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records for all Resorts.
Analyse inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Generate detailed inventory reports and present findings to senior management.
Assist in the development and execution of inventory reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to stock management.
Provide training and support to staff on inventory management systems and procedures.
Desired Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
