NewBusiness Development Manager
to convert qualified opportunities into revenue through deep discovery, consultative solution design, seniorstakeholder engagement, and confident deal closure.

MAIN OUTCOMES
Qualified sales opportunities are converted into profitable revenue in line with targets.
Strategic client needs are accurately diagnosed and translated into compelling business cases for change.
Tailored SaaS and consultingsolutions are designed to align client priorities with Lumenii’s capabilities.
High-value proposals are presented confidently and effectively to senior decision-makers.
Opportunities are negotiated and closed with strong commercial judgement and high conversion quality.
CRM records, pipeline visibility, and forecast accuracy are maintained to a high standard.
Internal solution design is aligned to operational feasibility and delivery excellence before sale closure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership
of qualified sales opportunities handed over from lead generation, ensuring a smooth transition and strong continuity in the client journey.
Conduct
high-level discovery conversations to diagnose strategic talent challenges, business priorities, and the underlying case for change
Design tailored, commercially viable solutions
across Lumenii’s SaaS platforms and consulting capabilities, including Talent index, Advance, and Assessio
Develop
proposals, commercial scopes, and solution recommendations that clearly articulate value, credibility, and return on investment.
Present and position solutions
to senior stakeholders including CHROs, CEOs, and other business leaders.
Lead negotiations
and move opportunities through to signed agreement with confidence and discipline.
Work closely with internal Industrial Psychologists and subject matter experts to ensure proposed solutions are
scientifically sound and operationally deliverable.
Maintain accurate CRM data , including opportunity stage, close probability, timeline, deal value, and forecast information.
Track lost opportunities
and provide insight to strengthen future positioning, pricing, and commercial strategy.
Represent Lumenii
as a credible, strategic partner in solving high-level people and talent challenges.
Requirements KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or Honoursdegree in Industrial Psychology preferred; Human Resources or a related field will also be considered.
At least 8 years of overall commercial experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience successfully closing B2B deals in SaaS, HR consulting, talent, or related sectors.
Proven experience in consultative selling, complex solution design, and high-value deal closure.
Strong financial acumen, commercial judgement, and negotiation capability.
Strong understanding of psychometrics, talent assessment, or Industrial Psychology-based solutions is highly preferred.
Ability to engage credibly and confidently with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
Strong CRM discipline, pipeline management ability, and forecasting accuracy.
Ability to work across technical, commercial, and client-facing teams to shape solutions that are both compelling and deliverable.
