Description
We have a position available for a Senior Payroll Administrator. This is a 6-month contract position, based in Rosslyn, Pretoria.

Qualifications

Matric

Sage300 Payroll Certification

Experience

7 years payroll administration experience of which 3 of them in a supervisory capacity

5 years Sage300 system experience (full end to end)

3 years Tax year end experience (SARS)

Main Purpose of the Position This position is responsible managing the salaried payroll as well as providing support to the Payroll Manager.

Top 5-10 Main Duties Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Onboarding and offboarding employees whilst ensuring correct linking has been done e.g cost centers, benefits and comp structures, etc

Payroll balancing - ensuring that all employees are linked to the correct remuneration structure and that correct policies have been applied

Prepare all third-Party Payment recons and schedules as per payroll request (Garnishees, Medical Aids, Pension Funds, Unions)

Liaising with third party payments service providers for any engagements, terminations and changes to remuneration

UIF filing to be done each month

Leave reconciliations of all companies

Providing support to Payroll Manager as well as any internal walk ins
