Responsibilities

Brand&Content Creation: Design professional, brand-aligned content for all digital and print platforms. This includes developing and maintaining strong corporate branding across all visual touchpoints.

Multimedia Strategy: Create and edit videos for social media, internal communications, cultural initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

Digital Experience: Design and enhance company websites with a focus on user experience (UX).

Marketing Campaigns: Develop creative marketing campaigns and content specifically for professional platforms like LinkedIn, as well as consumer channels like Facebook and Instagram.

Collaboration: Collaborate internally to design presentations, infographics, and branded materials, ensuring all creative output reflects brand integrity and professionalism.

Cultural Support: Support, develop, and promote internal and international cultural initiatives through art, content writing, and design.

Qualifications and Experiences

3–5 years of design experience (Experience in the corporate, hospitality, or insurance industry is advantageous).

Strong graphic design experience (Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite).

Proven video creation and editing skills.

Excellent content writing skills (Bilingual in Afrikaans&English is essential).

Experience in corporate branding and campaign design. Experience in website design and UX (WordPress, Wix, or similar) is required.

A creative detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Marketing.
