Medium-sized Engineering firm based in Pretoria East is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate must have a completed B.Com degree in Accounting with completed articles. Duties&Responsibilities

Qualifications: Completed B. Com Accounting Completed SAICA articles Minimum 2 years’ experience Experience within an accounting firm Mining experience will be advantageous Skills: Excel Job Description: Full Accounting function within an accounting firm Preparation of monthly reconciliations including age analysisPerform export debtors’ function for manufacturing division and follow up on long outstanding receivables to ensure no bad debt occurs Reconcile invoices Provisioning of monthly cost accruals through reconciliation of accounts and supplier statements at month end Remain up to date with IFRS requirementsMake necessary provisions in the accounts in line with IFRS Ensure necessary internal control systems are in place for processes in area of responsibility If you possess the relevant qualifications, meet the minimum requirements, and fit the job description for this finance vacancy, please contact us today!Package&Remuneration
