Analyse&Optimise Processes:

Map, review, and streamline processes across multiple business units, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency. Systems Support (Admin Level):

Maintain configurations, user roles, workflows, and master data across enterprise systems. Assist teams with troubleshooting, enhancements, and testing. Data&Insights:

Write SQL queries, validate data, and support operational reporting to help drive informed decisions. Project Coordination:

Support technology evaluations, new system implementations, requirements gathering, testing, and user training. Cross-Functional Support:

Provide structured analysis, documentation, and reporting to support management and organisational growth. Qualifications and Skills Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or systems support (±3 years). Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. Understanding of ERP or property-related systems (MRI PMX or similar advantageous).Proficient with process-mapping tools (BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro). Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio beneficial. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Call to Action
