IT Operations Coordinator, Pretoria

We're seeking a detail-oriented IT professional to oversee critical systems, data operations, and infrastructure management while supporting our growing team.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage NES&PnP SCADA data systems

Server performance monitoring and upgrade evaluations

RACI framework maintenance and updates

Provision and configure meters, modems, genmons, and DC equipment

Azure/Entra ID user and computer management

Website management (Squarespace platform)

LinkedIn and social media platform oversight

Generate reports: UMFA, Diesel, Billing, and billing team support

Daily data integrity checks and validation

General IT support for office staff

Required Skills

MUST HAVE:

SQL database knowledge

Strong attention to detail

Problem-solving mindset
