Safety, Health and Environment Specialist, Pretoria

Feltex is seeking a

Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Specialist

to plan, lead, organise, control and manage the operational execution of the SHE function and processes nationally. The successful incumbent will be responsible for identifying and eliminating all potential risks in the workplace across all manufacturing and operational facilities, ensuring continuous improvement of SHE performance, and maintaining consistent implementation and monitoring of SHE systems.

This role plays a key part in supporting

operational excellence

by leading SHE operations, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all applicable legal and internal requirements, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. As a key position within the department, it is designed to build and apply expertise in SHE management, risk control, and project support, while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration aligned with organisational objectives and national compliance requirements.
