We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Tele‑Sales Representative to join our growing team, based at our Menlyn office. The ideal candidate is confident, target‑oriented, and has strong communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping people.
Please note that training is intensive. Attendance and successful completion of the training program are compulsory. Candidates who do not complete the training may not be considered for the position.
Requirements
+/- 5 Years experience in a call centre, appointment setting, or customer service role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to guide conversations confidently.
Comfortable working in a highly target‑driven environment.
Basic understanding of healthcare or insurance processes is advantageous.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and capturing accurate information.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
A professional, patient‑focused approach with a genuine desire to assist people.
The ability to communicate and understand Tsonga or Venda would be beneficial.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Menlyn area, as this is an office‑based position where proximity is advantageous. Candidates should also be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities
Contact clients through outbound calls and other communication channels to arrange insurance medical appointments.
Engage with clients
professionally and persuasively
to secure bookings.
Accurately capture and qualify client information to ensure appointments are scheduled correctly.
Handle objections effectively
to encourage appointment commitment (no sales required).
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow‑ups where necessary.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly
appointment booking
targets.
Capture and manage all interactions and bookings using our systems.
Track and report on appointment metrics and performance.
