Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled

Lab Technician

to support our technical team in performing various laboratory tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient results. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of lab procedures, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory tests and experiments under the supervision of senior technicians or management.

Prepare and maintain lab equipment and instruments, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning correctly.

Record and analyze data from experiments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Assist in the preparation of samples, chemicals, and other materials required for testing.

Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Assist with the maintenance and organization of laboratory supplies and inventories.

Prepare reports and documentation based on test results and observations.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in the lab.

Perform general laboratory housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.

Qualifications:

A maximum of 3 years of experience working as a Lab Technician or in a related field.

A degree or diploma in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of lab procedures, safety protocols, and equipment.

Proficiency in using laboratory instruments and conducting tests.

Ability to accurately record and analyze data.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Desired Skills:

Experience with laboratory equipment such as spectrometers, microscopes, and centrifuges.

Familiarity with lab management software or data analysis tools.

Ability to handle hazardous materials safely.

Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
