Hire Resolve’s client in the Manufacturing/Agriculture industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Financial Manager in Hermanstad, Pretoria.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Implement and maintain financial systems, policies, and controls.

Prepare and present financial reports.

Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure regulatory compliance (SARS, CIPC).

Lead the audit process and prepare financial statements.

Support procurement and supplier engagements.

Ensure BEE compliance.

Lead and support the finance team.

Requirements

BCom Accounting degree.

Completed articles (SAIPA/CA).

1+ year of post-articles experience.

MS Office proficiency.

Manufacturing/Agricultural sector experience.

Inventory Management expertise.

Staff management/leadership experience.

Financial analysis&reporting skills.

Budgeting&forecasting expertise.

Risk management skills.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Own transport and willingness to work extended hours.

Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
