Job Description We are looking for a hands‑on, results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns across a group of growing brands.

This is a highly execution‑focused role for someone who enjoys working directly on campaigns, analysing data, and continuously improving performance across paid and organic channels.

You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO, while ensuring consistent performance and brand alignment across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve ROI and conversion performance.

Implement and improve SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.

Analyse campaign performance and produce clear, actionable reports.

Conduct A/B testing and performance optimisation across campaigns.Coordinate marketing activity across multiple brands and platforms.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment.

Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing (with strong focus on paid media and SEO).

Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, conversion tracking, and analytics.

Experience working across multiple brands or accounts.

Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make performance‑driven decisions.

Comfortable working in a hands‑on, execution‑focused role.

Must be based in or willing to work on‑site in Pretoria (Brooklyn).

Nice to Have
