An opportunity has become available for an experienced LPB Assistant to join our CCMDD OP in Medipost pharmacy Gezina

Primary purpose of the job

To ensure accurate capturing of chronic medication prescriptions in line with CCMDD guidelines and clinical protocols.

Identify any drug interactions or contraindications when capturing the prescription.

To accurately review a prescription in terms of Clinical and Technical guidelines and send to be rejected when necessary.

Adherence to good housekeeping practises.

Investigation and accurate reporting of dispensing errors.

System monitoring, quality of work evaluation, timeous escalation of possible problematic areas.

Time&attendance management according to Company Policies.

Understanding of the CCMDD SLA Penalty Matrix.

Perform any ad-hoc projects when necessary for the CCMDD Order Processing Department and the Medipost Group at large.

Performance will be monitored in terms of daily Productivity and Quality targets.

Ensure daily resolution of Rejections, Reminders and Urgents as per the system Action Diary.

Adherence to company SOP’s, policies and procedures.
