A premier Investment Management Firm is seeking a dynamic Distribution Sales Manager to be a strategic growth driver within their Distribution team. This permanent role is crucial for expanding our market footprint and achieving ambitious goals for Assets Under Management (AUM).

The Challenge: Strategic Sales&Relationship Building
This role is about driving new business growth, deepening existing relationships, and promoting our investment solutions across the IFA and wealth manager segments.
Responsibilities
Sales&Execution: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the IFA and wealth manager space. Drive fund and model portfolio inflows through strategic sales initiatives, roadshows, and presentations.
Relationship Deepening: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with IFAs and key distribution partners. Act as the primary contact for investment-related queries and performance insights.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio construction. You will present our investment philosophy, process, and performance with clarity and confidence.
Advisor Onboarding: Self-source and onboard new IFAs, converting them into active supporters and brand ambassadors.
Compliance&Service: Adhere to compliance policies and uphold brand standards. Deliver proactive, innovative service that exceeds client expectations.
Qualifications&Experience
Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation.
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree (or equivalent tertiary qualification).
A post-graduate Financial Planning Qualification (or equivalent).
Experience Proven distribution experience with any of the following product types will be a significant advantage:
Unit Trusts
Investment Platforms
Model Portfolios
Bespoke Portfolios
