Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding. Managing candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
