A global award-winning client in the automotive industry seeks a Business Analyst (Vehicle Invoicing) to join their team

Duties&Responsibilities

Understand the business processes for invoicing vehicles to customers and business partners, supporting the business by analyzing process and system issues and solving these by defining, testing, and implementing suitable solutions. Coordinate, negotiate, and confirm process and system changes based on SAP S/4 HANA, managing implementation from requirement to successful system rollout.As part of an agile project team, actively work closely with national and international specialist areas as well as IT departments to ensure continuous standardization, process consistency, and enhancements. Analyze and define necessary process and system requirements and enhancements, ensure coordination with specialist departments, and describe technical requirements as user stories for system-side implementation.Steer FIT-To-Template process, conducting fit-gap analysis, evaluating results, identifying possible solutions, recommending the most preferred solution, and obtaining approval for changes from the Product Owner. Ensure documentation is up to date and conduct necessary training and knowledge transfer sessions with key users.Test the implemented system solutions together with specialist departments and market testers, assist with the introduction and stabilization in the markets, and ensure necessary transfer of know-how. Assist in planning and execution of ongoing testing activities, focusing on ensuring high levels of test automation throughout all processes.Ensure compliance, data protection, and IT security requirements, defining and enforcing uniform requirements for business processes. Desired Experience&Qualification

At least 3 years of professional experience with process implementation in IT projects, especially in the sales and financial/accounting area based on SAP S/4 HANA. In-depth process and accounting knowledge (auto sales environment experience is very advantageous). Good understanding and experience in test execution and automation (Tosca not required but advantageous).Extensive knowledge/experience of agile working methodology. Extensive knowledge/experience in process design using SAP SD, FI, CO as well as corresponding system knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA. Change and project management experience. Excellent and articulate communicator. Knowledge of SAP MM, VMS (Vehicle Manager), AIF, and BRF+ (SAP certification is advantageous).IT degree. Minimum of BCom in Accounting, Business Administration, or comparable qualification. Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous). Package&Remuneration
