A dynamic and growing company is seeking a well-presented, highly organised, and proactive Personal Assistant / Operations Coordinator to join their team.
This is a varied and exciting role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
  • Personal assistant duties to director
  • Managing diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Client communication and follow-ups
  • Assisting with safari and accommodation bookings
  • Social media management and content posting
  • Basic marketing and advertising coordination
  • Supplier liaison and quotations
  • General office administration
  • Assisting with events, hospitality, and guest coordination
  • Handling emails, WhatsApp communication, and online enquiries
  • Coordinating day-to-day operational tasks across multiple businesses


Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Afrikaans strongly advantageous
  • Strong social media skills essential (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Good computer literacy
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Valid driver’s licence advantageous
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, real estate, or personal assistant roles beneficial
