Job Description Responsibilities

Achievement of monthly/annual machine sales targets

Development of Dealer sales team through classroom / on field training / coaching

Maintain excellent rapport with key customers&institutional buyers.

Timely&accurate forecasting of machine requirement.

Gathering market intelligence and conduct field studies.

Training and supporting the JCB Dealer with JCB Sales process to facilitate key activities.

Managing escalated customer concerns to resolution through internal JCB stakeholder management.

Reviewing Dealer Sales, marketing&business development plans to ensure SMART objectives are implemented and maintained.

Monitoring the execution of the Development business plan each month to ensure progress and achievement in line with JCB Group Standards.

Periodically reviewing Dealer performance metrics on core JCB processes.

Conducting strategic customer visits to assess JCB performance to identify areas of success and opportunities for future growth.

Providing timely reports/minutes on customer visits and Dealer visits.

Coaching Dealers on best practices to ensure business improvements and profitable growth.

Responsible for ensuring Field sales Improvements are completed within planned timescales through progress tracking and intervention.
