Salary: R15,000ctcA well-established law firm in Pretoria East is looking for a Junior Conveyancing Secretary to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in a Conveyancing environment minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience preferred  Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience on LexisConvey will be advantageous Great written and verbal communication skills Reliable transport to and from work essential Ability to work well under pressure Must be honest, professional and a strong team player Comfortable working in an open-plan office environment Non-smoker preferred

Duties will include:

Assisting with general conveyancing administrative duties Drafting and preparing conveyancing documentation Liaising with clients, banks and relevant stakeholders Managing files and ensuring accurate record keeping General secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing department
