Job Description: Structural Engineer Location: Lynnwood, Pretoria East
Position Overview A dynamic opportunity exists for a Structural Engineer to contribute to the structural design and analysis of a variety of projects, including warehousing, industrial developments, office buildings, and residential structures.
The successful candidate will work within a professional engineering environment, supporting structural design processes from concept through to project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for commercial, industrial, and residential developments
• Develop structural engineering designs and calculations using Prokon
• Produce and review structural documentation, reports, and technical drawings
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings for structural design development
• Assist with project coordination throughout various project stages
• Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant engineering standards and specifications
• Collaborate with draughting and multidisciplinary project teams
• Support technical problem-solving and design optimisation

Secondary Software:

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Tekla Structural Designer
• Inducta

Minimum Qualifications

• BEng Civil Engineering (essential)

Advantageous Qualifications

• BEng (Hons) Structural Engineering

Experience Required

• 0–7 years’ structural engineering experience
