Competency:

  • At least 5 years experience managing an office environment.
  • Accounting program knowledge
  • Fully Computer literate (Microsoft Package)
  • Exceptional organizational ability and multitasking skills
  • Flexible enough to adapt to changing office needs and to-do lists
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional presentations, reports, calls and emails
  • Willingness to collaborate with other employees and suppliers
  • Understanding of common office software and programs.
  • Attention to detail when creating and refining documentation
  • Working knowledge of human resources best practices.
  • Financial acumen to manage office expenses

  • Request quotes for incoming client requests from suppliers and follow up
  • Process quotes and obtain approvals
