Dialler Analyst, Umhlanga

This role is for an A‑Player to join our UK Product Advisory team servicing our UK clients. They will generate fees by optimising data usage for our UK Product Advisors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, analytical, tech‑savvy, and detail‑oriented. Key Responsibilities

Optimise data usage. Analyse data and trends to enhance performance. Collaborate with the Product Advisory team to exceed performance targets. Leverage AI to create competitive advantage. Stay at the forefront of innovation in dialler management strategies. Requirements

Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Three (3) years’ experience as a Dialler Analyst. Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays. Ability to work from home if required (minimum 20 Mbps fiber line).
