Outbound sales - French, Umhlanga

In this role, you will proactively engage with potential customers, promote relevant products and services, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the Canadian market
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using approved sales techniques
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
• Accurately capture customer interactions in internal systems
• Maintain a high level of product and campaign knowledge
• Deliver a professional and engaging customer experience at all times
• Adhere to compliance, quality, and operational standards

• Fluency in French (C1–C2 level, spoken and written)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Proven B2B outbound sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet performance metrics
• Ability to work in a structured, performance-based environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

• Contact centre or BPO experience
