Our client is looking for English Customer Service Agents that is excited about entering the international market.

Package:

- R 6000 per month

Working Hours:

UK hours, however, you need to be open to 24/7 rotational shifts.

Requirements:

• English fluent
• High school qualification
• Permission to work in South Africa
• Minimum 6 months' call center experience (preferably customer service)
• 6 months of International Exposure
• Availability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
• Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis
• Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies
• Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows
• Adhere to strict deadlines
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
